This way you will start a new quest to unlock a brand new feature called the Star Crystal Tree. When you approach the tree each day, ring the starbell so the Star Crystal Tree will start condensing all the gather all the starlit crystals that you didn't collect each day and turn them into new fresh crystals. Each crystal takes around 10 seconds to get condensed, so it should take you less than 7 minutes to collect all daily crystals. During these 7 minutes you can stay AFK or interact with the animals to transform, change the music, sit on the benches, or maybe play around leaving your props for others and making new friends. The tree can store up to 120 crystals in total, condensing 40 crystals at a time for collection. If you interact with the tree you can see the current condesation progress. Once you have crystals press the starbell to collect them, and make sure to do that at least a couple times a week, because it will stop gathering crystals when it's full. If you are exploring miraland or playing at your home, you can also check the progress through the map itself, by clicking on the star crystal tree icon.
